BuckIT 20 is a prepaid support system for your business.  This is a great way to have a relationship with SKEDA and our excellent technical team.  Never stress again about who you will call and how good they will be.... with BuckIT 20 you can call us with confidence, knowing that you will get quality technical support on time/every time.

What does it cover?

Covers your business for 20 hours of ad hoc support.  This covers labour charges and is valid for a period of 12 months from the initial purchase date.

When will we turn up?

Usually we can have a technician on site on the next business day.

What we will never do!

We will never install new hardware or software without making a recommendation as to why and the costs involved.  SKEDA has excellent, quality suppliers for your hardware and software requirements so call us before you buy.
