Current Opportunities
SKEDA uses Seek to advertise positions currently available. 

We are currently advertising for personnel to meet the following requirements:

 *    Level 2/3 Technical Support - Full Time and/or Part Time (3 days minimum per week)

Located in Parramatta and looking after our valued clients since 2000, we are currently looking for full time or  part time customer facing IT support consultants with a strong service focus and an excellent attitude to providing quality service to varied client base. A passion and skill for solving technical problems and working closely with our IT team, you will support clients by:

·         Answering and managing incoming calls to the helpdesk
·         Providing  2nd  and 3rd Level incident diagnosis and resolution for client environments, utilising remote tools and onsite visits when required
·         Support and Maintenance across Microsoft and Linux platforms
·         Reporting on helpdesk operations
·         Incident management of support requests and incidents to resolution
·         System Monitoring  of client systems  accordingly to the relevant SLA

The role will require you to demonstrate the following skills:
·         Strong customer focus and positive attitude
·         Be prepared to take ownership and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
·         Excellent phone and communication skills
·         Strong understanding of Windows operating systems
·         Strong desktop support skills
·         Understanding of Active Directory and user account administration
·         Strong Analytical  skills to diagnose and resolve requests and incidents
·         Understanding of Open Source tools and solutions an advantage
·         Willingness to grow your knowledge base
