Terms & Conditions of Use:

  1. Valid for on site and off site service
  2. Valid for 12 months from date of invoice payment. 
  3. Minimum account charge each service (1 hour if onsite / 15 minute for offsite) 
  4. SKEDA charges in 15 minute increments after the first hour for onsite
  5. Monthly Balance Statement provided for each BuckIT.
  6. Valid for SKEDA services only.
  7. Same Day Response Times between 9 am and 5pm Monday – Friday for calls to SKEDA ServiceDesk on 1300 55 66 72 or email servicedesk@skeda.com.au
  8. Services provided prior to invoice payment may incur the standard SKEDA fee for service.
  9. Bonus HealthCheck is available for all new clients purchasing a Silver or Platinum BuckIT.
